This study investigated the influence of manufacturing parameters—specifically nozzle temperature variations and infill patterns—on the resulting mechanical performance of 3D-printed parts made from PETG filament, tested according to ASTM D638 (tensile) and ASTM D790 (bending) standards. The research successfully identified the tri hexagon infill pattern as superior for load-bearing capability, determined that $240^\circ \text{C}$ was optimal for tensile strength while $230^\circ \text{C}$ was better for bending strength, achieving maximum values of $29.524 \text{ N/mm}^2$ and $13.600 \text{ N/mm}^2$ respectively, ultimately concluding that PETG’s overall strength is less than that of the ABS used in demanding parts like the DJI Mavic 3 Drone components.
