This study aims to analyze the effect of adding a raked wingtip on the aerodynamic characteristics of the CN-295 aircraft wing during cruise flight conditions. The CN-295 is a turboprop military transport aircraft operated by the Indonesian Air Force for various logistical and tactical missions; therefore, aerodynamic efficiency is an essential aspect in supporting aircraft performance and fuel consumption. One of the improvement efforts to enhance aerodynamic efficiency is through wing design modification by adding a raked wingtip, which is a backward-swept wingtip shape designed to reduce drag. This research employs a simulation method based on Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) using ANSYS Student software to compare the aerodynamic performance between the standard wing and the wing equipped with a raked wingtip. The simulation was conducted at a cruise speed of 400 km/h and an altitude of 15.000 feet with variations in the angle of attack of 1°, 2°, 3°, and 4°. The CN-295 wing model used the NACA 65(3)-218 airfoil profile, modeled to resemble the actual wing dimensions. The main parameters analyzed include the lift coefficient (CL), drag coefficient (CD), and lift-to-drag ratio (L/D) as indicators of aerodynamic efficiency
